MAGIKBIT & MAGIKTAP – No Refund Policy

At MAGIKBIT LLC, we are committed to delivering premium digital solutions, IT services, and high-quality MAGIKTAP NFC products.
By purchasing any product or service from magikbit.com, magiktap.store, or any affiliated platforms, you agree to the following No Refund Policy:


1. Digital Products & Services (MAGIKBIT & MAGIKTAP)

All digital items—including but not limited to:

  • Software

  • Plugins

  • Source code

  • Templates

  • NFC digital business card profiles

  • Downloadable assets

are non-refundable once delivered, activated, viewed, or downloaded.

Digital items cannot be returned, and therefore all sales are final.


2. MAGIKTAP Physical Products

MAGIKTAP physical products include:

  • NFC business cards

  • Keytags

  • Wristbands

  • Accessories

  • Custom-branded NFC items

All MAGIKTAP physical product sales are final.
Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost items due to incorrect address provided by the customer

Defective Products Exception

If the product arrives damaged or defective, MAGIKBIT/MAGIKTAP will provide a replacement, not a refund.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.


3. Custom Development & IT Services (MAGIKBIT)

Payments made for services such as:

  • Website development

  • Software development

  • App development

  • IT consulting

  • Branding and design

  • Technical support

  • Cloud or security services

are non-refundable once work has begun.
Milestones and previews will be provided to ensure satisfaction.


4. Subscription Services

Subscriptions for:

  • Hosting

  • Support plans

  • Software maintenance

  • MAGIKTAP profile hosting or premium features

are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

You may cancel anytime, and the service will continue until the end of the current cycle.


5. Deposits & Retainers

All deposits or retainers paid to start a project or custom order are non-refundable, as they cover planning, design time, and resource allocation.


6. Order Cancellation

If you cancel a service or custom product after work has started, no refund will be provided.
You will receive all completed work up to the cancellation date.


7. Duplicate / Mistaken Payments

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made,

  • AND the service has not begun or the product has not been shipped.

Such cases are reviewed individually at the discretion of MAGIKBIT LLC.
