Which social networks do you support?
Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and Threads — all via the platforms’ official APIs. We add new channels as the upstream APIs become stable; if there’s one you need, just ask.
How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Three ways. First, every feature is on every plan — we don’t lock analytics or the AI writer behind a $99 tier. Second, our pricing is roughly half of the legacy tools. Third, you can have MAGIKBIT’s team manage the content for you as an add-on; most legacy tools just hand you the dashboard.
Can MAGIKBIT actually run the content for me?
Yes. Our Done-For-You service starts at $499/mo on top of any plan and includes monthly content strategy, 12+ posts per channel, custom graphics, caption writing, scheduling and a monthly performance report. Brief us once a month; we handle the rest.
Where is my data stored?
In our AWS US-east region, encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell, share, or train external models on your data. You can export everything from the dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in one click from your billing page. No cancellation fees, no “please don’t go” phone calls. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Do you work with businesses outside Charlotte?
Of course — the platform is self-serve worldwide. Our local support hours are 10:00–18:00 ET, but email and chat get answered around the clock by our team.
