Do I need to install anything?

No. MAGIKPOS is fully cloud-based and runs in any modern browser on desktops, tablets and touchscreen terminals. Hosting, updates and backups are all handled by MAGIKBIT — a free domain is included with every plan.

Can I run more than one store or warehouse?

Yes. POS Standard includes 2 branches and 2 warehouses, and POS Premium supports unlimited branches, warehouses and users — ideal for growing chains that need a single, real-time view of every location.

What are free customization tickets?

Each plan includes customization tickets (up to 12 hours each) that our team uses to tailor the system to your workflow — receipt layouts, tax rules, reports and more. Basic includes 1, Standard 2 and Premium 4.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by role-based access control, and backed up daily on hardened AWS infrastructure in our US-east region. You can export your records at any time.

Can I upgrade later?
